Individual micronutrient diagnostics for ambitious recreational and competitive athletes.

Athletic performance is more than training alone – it arises from the interplay of training, recovery, nutrition and an optimal supply of micronutrients. Especially in ambitious recreational and competitive athletes, an increased need for vitamins, minerals, trace elements and amino acids can arise that cannot always be met by diet alone.

Exercise and sport have been part of my life for many years and are an important part of who I am. As a doctor and active HYROX athlete who has competed at the HYROX World Championships, I know the demands of intense training and competition phases not only from a medical perspective but also from my own experience. This knowledge informs the individual care of my athletically active patients.

In my practice I care for athletes with a holistic approach to micronutrient therapy and performance optimisation. The aim is to detect deficiencies early, improve recovery and sustainably enhance physical and mental performance. The basis for this is a precise laboratory analysis, on which an individually tailored concept is built.

A particular focus is on:

  • More energy and performance in training and competition
  • Faster recovery
  • Correcting micronutrient deficiencies (e.g. iron, vitamin D, trace elements)
  • Supporting muscle building, endurance and resilience

When can a sports-medicine micronutrient analysis be useful?

  • High training volumes
  • Persistent tiredness or a drop in performance
  • Slow recovery after exertion
  • Frequent infections
  • Muscle cramps
  • Increased susceptibility to injury
  • Difficulty building muscle
  • Exhaustion despite regular training
  • Preparation for competitions
  • A vegetarian or vegan diet

My goal is to help athletes support their health, recovery and performance as best as possible.
